Chef Dan's training continued at Opus 39, under Chef McMillan graduate of Culinary Institute of America; plus, Spontagne under Chef Adams graduate of Johnson and Wales. Chef Dan's experience in baking was enhanced by Publix Bakery & Aprons Program.
