Dan Tuchmann is a graduate of The Institute of the South for Hospitality
and Culinary Arts. Chef Dan's training continued at Opus 39, under Chef
McMillan graduate of Culinary Institute of America; plus, Spontagne under
Chef Adams graduate of Johnson and Wales. Chef Dan's experience in
baking was enhanced by Publix Bakery & Aprons Program. Thus, Epicurean
Delight is the culmination of Chef Dan's desire to bring the substance and
tradition of International Jewish cuisine to your home and family.
